Welcome to the ASHE's University Course syllabus.  This syllabus identifies a logical order to review various resources to prepare for a career in facility management or to prepare for the Certified Health Care Facility Manager examination. Feel free to use this page as a career path guide.

Before you get started, we highly recommend that you obtain your Health Care Physical Environment Worker Certification.  This certification serves as a pre-requisite and demonstrates that you are starting with the base knowledge necessary to complete this course.
