Risk Assessment Inventory

Under the Conditions of Participation, hospitals are required to maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all medical and building equipment. This includes identifying the risk category of each item, as well as establishing appropriate inspection frequencies and maintenance activities. To support this process, consider using ASHE’s NFPA 99 Risk Assessment / Inventory as a starting point for organizing and managing your inventory effectively.
