Doing Good in the Neighborhood

ASHE would like to thank the Tennessee Healthcare Engineering Association (THEA) and its many volunteers for their dedication to community service and in supporting the children at Tennessee Children’s Hospitals! THEA hosted a toy drive during the 2021 ASHE Annual Conference in Nashville this August. The chapter also accepted individual donations from ASHE members in addition to ASHE affiliated chapters who supported this worthy undertaking. THEA collected over 100 toys and more than $5,000 in donations. Monetary donations will be used to purchase additional toys, and all toys will be distributed to six children’s hospitals across Tennessee.
THEA and ASHE would like to thank everyone for their donations that will help put a smile on a young child’s face – thank you!

Check out ASHE’s Project Firstline website for complete information, and keep checking back as new resources are added regularly.
