The Endeavor Health Cardiovascular Institute is a three-story, 71,600-square-foot cardiovascular medical office and surgery center that includes two catheterization labs, prep/recovery rooms, comprehensive diagnostic imaging (PET/CT, CT, nuclear medicine and stress testing) and a cardiac rehabilitation gym. Focused on creating a single, cohesive patient experience across three separate tenants, the design emphasizes a unified design language that is sophisticated, nature-inspired and optimized for care delivery. Patients are greeted by a dynamic two-story entry lobby including a 24-foot glass installation inspired by an on-campus oak tree and a custom light fixture that articulates an abstracted tree canopy. Throughout the building, elevator bays feature regionally specific graphics; individual tenant check-in desks feature creative foliage motifs and strategic lighting enhances circulation paths, all of which are incorporated to help guide patients intuitively.
