The ASHE Shadow a Leader Program connects emerging professionals with experienced health care facilities leaders during ASHE’s premier conferences. The program offers hands-on exposure to leadership, meaningful mentorship, and opportunities to grow professionally within the ASHE community. You must be an ASHE member to apply.

Applications are now open for both Shadows and Mentors for participation at the Health Care Facilities Innovation Conference®, August 2–6 in Minneapolis, MN.
