The ASHE Shadow a Leader Program connects emerging professionals with experienced health care facilities leaders during ASHE’s premier conferences. The program offers hands-on exposure to leadership, meaningful mentorship, and opportunities to grow professionally within the ASHE community. You must be an ASHE member to apply.
