Join Canadian Healthcare Engineering Society (CHES), International Facility Management Association's Health Care Council (IFMA HCC), and American Society for Health Care Engineering (ASHE) for an internationally relevant conversation about challenges and opportunities in healthcare facility development. 

Healthcare facilities organizations around the world are facing workforce challenges, while professionals from industries such as real estate, construction, engineering and operations are exploring new career opportunities. This Conversation Circle will feature industry leaders from CHES, IFMA HCC, and ASHE exploring how individuals are transitioning into healthcare facilities management, the skills that transfer successfully, and how organizations can better attract, develop and retain talent for the future.
