The current pandemic has presented an urgent need for safe, clean space that is immediately available to be used as patient space. Hotels have been identified as a practical space type for this purpose. This webinar will provide recommendations for converting hotel space to non-COVID, non-acute patient space. The panel includes experts from the architectural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing design fields who specialize in both hotel and health care spaces.
Learning Objectives:
- Identify key planning criteria for preparing to convert hotel space to patient space.
- Discuss architectural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing considerations for conversion.
- Provide recommendations and resources for further guidance on space conversion.
