Dave Dagenais, CHSP, CHFM, FASHE, has been involved in the health care field and code development process for more than 18 years. He has been involved in a great number of NFPA committees on various codes, as well as the Health Care Section Executive Board. Dave has served as president of the NH Society of Healthcare Engineers and president of the New England Healthcare Engineers Society, and is a past president and Region 1 Board member for the American Society for Health Care Engineering (ASHE) with additional involvement in the ASHE Advocacy Committee. He is a Certified Healthcare Facility Manager and a Certified Healthcare Safety Professional.
