Pre-move and occupancy coordination checklist

This pre-move and occupancy coordination checklist was developed by the 2008 Planning, Design, and Construction Committee to help track and monitor activities associated with move preparation, move-in, and occupancy for a health care facility. Storing all relevant data in a single document, will make it easier to track and evaluate your progress and expenses. It is important to note that major moves require months of planning and certain tasks must be considered early in the project.
