Please note: Registration for the meeting and continental breakfast starts at 7:00 a.m., and the program begins at 8:00 a.m. Lunch is on your own. The program concludes at 4:30 p.m. on the second day.

IC Fees/Cancellation Policy

The registration fees for the Infection Control (IC) Program are:
ASHE Member: $625
Additional ASHE Member: $550
Nonmember of ASHE: $775
Additional Nonmember of ASHE: $700

Seminar / Member Package (includes fee plus one year’s membership in ASHE):
Professional Active Member (individuals employed by an American Hospital Association member institution) $750 new member or renew membership
Associate Member (individuals that provide professional, technical or consulting services, not healthcare providers) $800 new member or renew membership

Cancellations & Substitution Policies
Registration fees, less a $75 cancellation are refundable if written notice is received five working days prior to the program. Please fax the cancellation notice to 312-278-0589 or email it to kbrown@aha.org. Registrants unable to attend may send an alternate. If the alternate is not a member, the non-member fee will be required plus a $75 substitution fee. If an alternate is being sent 30 days notice prior to the program is required. No onsite substitutions will be allowed. A $75 cancellation fee will apply when transferring from one program to the next. Transferring is subject to availability. ASHE reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the program due to insufficient registration.

Airline Reservations
ASHE is offering special air travel discounts for all attendees of the IC Seminar. Simply call one of our preferred airlines directly to receive these special fares.
For Delta Airlines reservations and ticketing please call Delta Meeting Network reservations at 1-800-328-1111, Monday through Friday, 7:00am – 7:30pm Central Time. Refer to Meeting Code NY2D3. You may also go to www.delta.com and input the Meeting Code into the Meeting Event code box to obtain the discounted fare and avoid any service fees.

For United Airlines ticketing please call their Special Meeting Desk at 1-800-521-4041 and refer to Meeting ID Number 500CJ to receive a 2 – 15% discount off applicable fares, including First Class.
