Cancellation & Substitution Policies
Registration fees, less a $25 cancellation fee, are refundable if written notice is received five working days prior to the program. Please fax the cancellation notice to 805-654-1676 or e-mail to mbinotti@aha.org. Registrants unable to attend may send an alternate, and a $25 substitution fee will be added. No onsite substitutions will be allowed.

ADA Requirements
It is important that you enjoy your participation in the seminar. If, due to a disability, you have special needs or requirements, or if you need auxiliary aids or services, please let us know on the registration form or call 312.422.3806. ASHE reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the program due to insufficient registration or other unforeseen circumstances. ASHE is not responsible for non-refundable airline tickets.
