Blackfeet Hospital
Blackfeet HospitalPO Box 760 Browning, MT 59417 In 2001, an effort was made to compile and record actual utility data for the hospitals and clinics the Billings Area Office Indian Health Service oversees throughout the states of Montana and Wyoming. Out of the three hospitals and two clinics looked at, the Blackfeet Hospital had the lowest amount of energy consumed per square foot. The Blackfeet Hospital was also the only facility out of the five to score high enough in the EPA's database to achieve an Energy Star Label. In December of 2001, the building's HVAC system was commissioned to ensure the building continued to operate at its most efficient level. It will provide our office a quantitative benchmark for the rest of our facilities to try to achieve. Communications: None Available Testimonial: None Available |
