Northwest Hospital Center Vertical Expansion
Baltimore, MD
A new vertical expansion at The Northwest Hospital Center will provide a new 16 bed ICU unit, medical surgery unit and operating room expansion.
Originally designed for two floors of vertical expansion, the Outpatient Services Building was selected as part of HCM's master plan to provide this new space. lt will also permit the relocation of some existing outpatient services.

Sinai Hospital of Baltimore Children's Hospital
Baltimore, MD
This first floor addition to the Mt. Pleasant Building will include a pediatric outpatient clinic and new lobby for the expanded pediatric program. This will also serve as the primary access for the proposed labor and delivery addition and the existing inpatient psychiatry unit.
Objectives to be accomplished through this project include providing an environment conducive to healing for pediatric patients and that encourages family participation in the care of pediatric patients, rooms with adequate space for movement of wheelchairs, beds, equipment and family lounge/sleep space within the pediatric inpatient rooms, as well as family access to the general hospital and cafeteria.
