The design of California Pacific Medical Center, a Sutter Health Affiliate, Cathedral Hill Hospital reflects the comprehensive medical care mission of CPMC while mirroring architectural elements of San Francisco's past and future. The hospital marries forward-thinking design concepts, seismic advancments, a major uban revitalization, and sustainable feature not yet seen in todays healthcare facilities. The result is a 15-story, 910,000 sq. ft. acute care and women's and children's hospital that will lead the way for a new generation of medical centers while healing the members of the surrounding community for decades to come.
