ASHE Opens Call for Abstracts for 45th Annual Conference
(Chicago - November 12, 2007)
- The American Society for Healthcare Engineering
(ASHE) of the American Hospital Association (AHA) announced today that calls
for
abstracts for the 45th Annual Conference and Technical Exhibition to be held
July 20-23,
2008 in Washington DC, will be accepted until November 27,2007 .
The ASHE Annual
Conference provides practical, timely and realistic information to an
audience of more than 2,500 healthcare facilities management professionals.
Presentations at the Annual Conference will be organizedby the following content
areas:
codes and standards, sustainability, emergency preparedness, planning, design
and
construction and professional; growth and development. Completed calls for
abstracts
should focus on leading edge concepts and offer tools and techniques to meet
the
complex challenges of today's ever-changing healthcare environment.
Call for
abstract proposals will be reviewed by the ASHE Annual Conference Planning
Committee and notification of acceptance will be mailed December 11, 2007.
