Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM): A mark of distinction
The American Hospital Association (AHA) Certification Center (AHA-CC) manages the CHFM Program. In order to be designated a CHFM, you must meet eligibility requirement and successfully complete the CHFM certification examination. To demonstrate you remain current in your field and to retain your designation, you must meet certification renewal requirements every three years.

How to Apply:
The CHFM Candidate Handbook
contains eligibility requirements for participation in the program, a complete content outline for the examination, sample test items, a list of review references that may aid in preparing for the examination, regulations governing conduct of the examination, and application for the examination.
