HCC: Pricing and Regulations
The registration fees for the Healthcare Construction Program include registration for the e-learning course, registration for the Healthcare Construction Certificate program and all materials for the program.

Professional Active Member (Individuals employed by an American Hospital Association member institution) - $870 New or Renew

Airline Reservations
United Airlines is the official airline of the American Society for Healthcare Engineering. U.S. attendees who call United's toll-free number (1.800.521.4041) to book reservations and refer to meeting ID #500CJ will receive a 5% discount off the lowest applicable discount fare, including First Class, or a 10% discount off unrestricted, fully refundable coach fares, purchased 7 days in advance. An additional 5% discount will apply when tickets are purchased at least 30 days in advance of your travel date.
Cancellation & Substitution Policies
Registration fees, less a $75 onsite cancellation fee and a $75 e-learning fee not to exceed $150, are refundable if written notice is received five working days prior to the program. Please fax the cancellation notice to 312.422.4571. Registrants unable to attend may send an alternate. If the alternate is not a member, the non-member fee will be required plus a $75 substitution fee. If an alternate is being sent, a 30 day notice prior to the program is required. No onsite substitutions will allowed. A $75 cancellation fee will apply when transferring from one program to the next. Transferring is subject to availability.

If, due to a disability, you have special needs or requirements, or if you need auxiliary aids or services, please let us know on the registration form or call 312.422.3806. ASHE reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the program due to insufficient registration or other unforeseen circumstances. ASHE is not responsible for non-refundable airline tickets.
Renewal
The Healthcare Construction Certificate is valid for a period of three (3) years from date of issue. To renew, a recipient must provide written documentation of at least 7 hours of approved educational programming during the three-year period along with the completed HCC Renewal Form.
