To ensure that everyone attending the Annual Conference has a wonderful experience, ASHE has teamed up with USA Hosts to offer families and guests of our attendees the opportunity to experience Washington DC. Discover inspiring museums, powerful monuments and memorials in Washington, DC. A diverse, cosmopolitan world capital, DC invites visitors to get out and explore. Check out the variety of tours being offered each day of the Conference and be sure to register early!

TOUR PRE-REGISTRATION DEADLINE: USA HOSTS must receive all requests for tours by June 27, 2008. All requests received after June 27, 2008 will be on a “space available” basis. A confirmation will be e-mailed to you and should be considered your receipt. Departure point and tour desk hours will be confirmed on your confirmation letter. Please be at your departure point fifteen minutes prior to the departure time.
TICKET PURCHASE & PICK-UP: Tickets are available for purchase by check or credit card. Tickets will not be mailed. You will receive confirmation from USA HOSTS upon receipt of completed registration form. Please be sure to bring your confirmation for admittance for tours. A Tour Desk will be set up for your convenience Sunday, July 20: 8:00 am – 2:00 pm, Monday, July 21: 8:00 am – 1:00 pm and Tuesday, July 22: 8:00 am – 1:00pm.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS: USA HOSTS reserves the right to cancel all tours if minimum participation requirement is not met. Should tours be cancelled, participants will be notified by email up to one week prior to the meeting date, and refund checks will be issued. Refunds will be made prior to July 15, 2008 less a $8.00 per ticket handling charge. No refunds will be issued after July 15, 2008. All cancellations must be received in writing, fax to 202 785-4568 or email GinaV@usahosts.com by Tuesday, July 15, 2008. All tours will run regardless of the weather.
