ASHE Refund Policy
Educational Programs/Conferences
Registration fees, less a processing fee, are refundable if written notice is received no later than five (5) business days prior to the first day of the program. Notices can be faxed to 312.422.4571. Refunds are processed within 45 days after the conclusion of the program.
Publications
Satisfaction guaranteed on all ASHE products if notice is received within ten (10) business days after receipt. Notices can be faxed to 312.422.4571. Publications that address standards and/or are computer-based are excluded from this policy. For information call 312.422.3800.
