The ASHE Annual Conference planning team is committed to providing cost-efficient conference rates for its attendees and exhibitors. Note that 100% of revenue produced from the ASHE Annual Conference is reinvested into optimizing the health care physical environment.

  • Does NOT include ASHErsquo;s preconference courses on Sunday, July 15.

Student Discount or DOD/VA Discount
Discounts are available for full time students or DOD/VA employees. Please choose the student or DOD/VA rate during your registration. Student discount rate is for current full time university student, and will need to provide a current student ID as proof during the registration check-in. DOD/VA discount rate is for current government employees, and will need to provide a government employee ID for proof during the registration check-in.

Single Day Registration
Your single-day registration fee includes meals and full conference access on that day. Single-day rates are available for Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. You may only select the single-day option for one day; single-day rates may not be combined. If you attend the conference for more than one day, you must purchase a full conference registration.

*This is a preparation workshop for the CHFM exam. This workshop does not cover all content on the exam. It does cover test-taking tips, key topics, and sample questions identified in the CHFM content outline.

NOTE: A separate registration process is required for the CHFM exam on Wednesday, July 18.

Your exhibit hall only registration fee will include lunch and access to the trade show only on that day. Trade show hours are dedicated for exhibit hall only and does not include education sessions or any other conference amenities.


Guest Rate

Guests are only permitted for full conference attendees. A “guest” is an accompanying person attending the conference in a social capacity only. Guest options include access to the Sunday Night Welcome Reception, Opening Session on Monday morning, Exhibit Hall and lunch, and the Exhibit Hall Reception on Monday evening. Guest registration does not include attendance at education sessions.
