  1. Search for “ASHE Events” in the Apple or Android store and install to download.
  2. Open the app and click on “55th ASHE Annual Conference and Technical Exhibition”.
  3. Log in to the app with the following information:

    Username:The e-mail address you used to register for the conference
    Password: 2018annual
    *Password is case sensitive

    If you are an exhibitor who did not register using a unique email address, please see the mobile app help desk on site to gain access to the app.

PLEASE NOTE: If you already have the ASHE Events app on your device, please check that you have the most up-to-date version. Depending on your settings, you may have app updates downloaded automatically or you may have to do it manually.

If you do not have an Apple or Android device, you can access the mobile website version of the app by visiting ashe.org/annualmobile.

The mobile app will allow you to:

  • Complete session evaluations. (Please note that paper session evaluations will not be provided. This will be your only opportunity to provide session feedback.)
  • Participate in the fun badge collecting game throughout the conference! Check the Leaderboard in the app to see who is winning! Learn more by clicking on ‘Game Badges’ in the left-hand menu.
  • Access the conference schedule and personalize your agenda with “My Schedule”.
  • Access session descriptions as well as speaker, attendee, and exhibitor info.
  • Connect with attendees using the photo and social feeds during the event.

If you need additional assistance with the app, you can stop by the mobile app help desk in the Wabash hallway of the convention center.

There are two ways to access session handouts:

  1. View handouts using the mobile app. After you download the app, you can find handouts by clicking on the correlating session in the “Schedule” section.
  2. Download session handouts to print at home. Go to the mobile app website where you can access all session handouts.

Paper copies will not be provided and you will not be able to print onsite, so we encourage you to print the materials for the sessions you plan to attend in advance and bring them with you if you want to have paper copies.

Please note: Handouts are only available for sessions with presenters who submitted them. Attendees will receive unlimited access to posted handouts before and after the conference.

Please remember to take session evaluations in the app after each session you attend. Your feedback is important to us, and will help us with planning future programs. By submitting session evaluations, you can earn the Star Student, Super Scholar, and Perfect Attendee badges in the mobile app game!

The overall Annual Conference evaluation will be available online within 24 hours of the conference concluding. Instructional flyers for completing the overall evaluation process will be available throughout the convention center. Instructions will also be emailed to full-conference attendees shortly after the conference. You will need to complete the overall evaluation online to receive your AHA CEU certificate and print it at home. No AHA CEU certificates will be provided onsite.

Each full conference attendee can earn 1.35 CEUs (13.5 contact hours) for the ASHE Annual Conference. In addition, if you attend a preconference program on Sunday, July 15, you will earn an additional 0.7 CEUs (7 contact hours) and if you participate in the Energy Treasure Hunt you will earn an additional 1.0 CEUs (10 contact hours).

As your trusted source for information, ASHE is adding this new feature at the Annual Conference to support your work. Stop by the Codes & Standards Counters on level 6 to meet with representatives from NFPA, the Joint Commission, DNV GL, HFAP, CMS to get answers to your regulatory questions.

Stop by the Energy to Care Lounge to learn more about this robust program created by ASHE. Energy to Care is a free energy benchmarking and awards program for health care facility management professionals who want to provide value back to their organizations through energy savings. It gives users the opportunity to compare their energy reduction efforts to those of other facilities, challenge each other to achieve greater energy efficiency, and ultimately, support patient care through reduced operational cost.
