Onsite: Individuals may also register onsite at the Music City Center at full conference, one-day, or exhibit hall-only rates. Only credit card payments will be accepted for onsite registrations.

Please note: A separate registration process is required for the CHC Exam that will take place at the 2018 PDC Summit on Wednesday, March 28 from 1–4 p.m.


Registrants unable to attend may submit a cancellation request via email to Cancellation requests must be made by March 9, 2018. A cancellation fee of $100 will apply. Payment to join or renew your an ASHE membership is not refundable or transferable. Any cancellation requests after March 9, 2018, will not be honored. Attendee substitutions will be granted until March 23, 2018.


A special block of hotel rooms has been secured for 2018 PDC Summit attendees within walking distance to the Music City Center. There has been a change in reservation procedures from years past. In order to reserve a room you must be a registered attendee. The room reservation link with hotel information can be found in the registration confirmation e-mail. This process change will benefit attendees by keeping the block from filling up too quickly and also provides attendees with multiple room options.

ASHE reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a program because of an insufficient number of registrations or to close registration when programs are full. ASHE may cancel a program when circumstances beyond ASHE's control - including, but not limited to, acts of nature, governmental authority or war in the United States–make it impractical or impossible to host the program or may put participants in harm's way. In such cases, ASHE will refund the registration fee paid by the registrant.


Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the exhibit hall.

ASHE may electronically record portions of this program. By attendance or participation in discussions, the registrant agrees that ASHE may electronically copy and distribute registrant's attendance at and involvement in program discussions and question/answer periods. No individual or entity other than ASHE may electronically record or copy any portion of this program for any use without prior written consent from ASHE (including recordings from smart phones, iPads and other handheld devices).

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, ASHE meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to ASHE's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities.
