The Sheraton Phoenix Hotel is now sold out.
Please contact A Room With A View for information on the designated ASHE overflow hotel. They will secure the lowest available rates at hotels within a short distance of The Sheraton Hotel.

In the event that rooms become available at The Phoenix Sheraton Hotel due to cancellations, A Room With A View will notify conference attendees and help transfer reservations back to The Phoenix Sheraton Hotel in the order in which they were booked.

ASHE is offering special air travel discounts for all attendees of the 2012 PDC Summit. Simply call one of our preferred airlines directly to receive these special fares.

To receive special fares on American Airlines, contact the AA Meeting Services Desk at 1-800-433-1790 for assistance with reservations and ticket purchase and mention promotion code 6232BK. You may also go to www.aa.com and input the promo code to obtain the discounted fare.

For Delta Airlines reservations and ticketing please call Delta Meeting Network reservations at 1-800-328-1111, Monday through Friday, 7:00am – 7:30pm Central Time. Refer to Meeting Code NY2D3. You may also go to www.delta.com and input the Meeting Code into the Meeting Event code box to obtain the discounted fare and avoid any service fees.

For United Airlines ticketing please call their Special Meeting Dest at 1-800-521-4041 and refer to Meeting ID Number 500CJ to receive a 2 – 15% discount off applicable fares, including First Class.

Car Rental

ASHE has negotiated special car rental rates from Hertz for attendees of the 2012 PDC Summit. To reserve your special meeting rates, please provide CV033L0015 to your corporate travel department or your travel agent when making reservations. You can also make reservations online at Hertz.com or call Hertz directly in the United States and Canada at 1-800-654-2240. At the time of reservation, the meeting rates will be automatically compared to other Hertz rates, and you will be quoted the best comparable rate available.

Ground Transportation

Super Shuttle
SuperShuttle operates 24 hours on a scheduled basis, with vans departing every 15 minutes from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Call (602) 244-9000 for more information. For the telecommunications device for the deaf (TDD), please call (602) 243-7786. Van terminal access is as follows: Terminal 2: North curbside, Terminal 3: North and south curbside and Terminal 4: Level 1, north and south curbside. Rates to/from airport are about $15.00 each way per passenger.
